If you are familiar with Assos Cycling Jerseys or cycling wear then you know that their is one thing you can count on when it comes to this brand and that is quality. Assos has built it's reputation by consistently producing extremely high quality cycling wear that continuously impresses riders around the globe. Assos is not the cheapest gear on the planet, but the quality and durability make it a great buy in the long run. Like any piece of clothing, the better quality the longer it lasts.

The Assos Evo Cycling jersey is a lightweight jersey that is perfect for those in-between spring or fall days when it is too cool for a short sleeved jersey but warm enough that you don't want to wear your winter gear. The Assos Evo jersey is outstanding for that time of year.

The performance of an Assos Evo cycling jersey is without question, the issue that most riders has is that it is expensive and it is. I have started wearing Assos bibs and gear and I can tell you that the quality that they bring is almost worth it in regards to just the way it feels but what I am also finding is that Assos cycling gear doesn't tear up as quickly as some of the cheaper cycling shorts and jerseys. So in the long run, Assos is a bargain for those who want the best.

The Assos Evo cycling jersey is constructed of a polyester/polyamide fabric and is very breathable and will quickly evaporate fluids when you get sweaty. A built in Airblock panel in the front will break the wind and keep you warn if you choose or you can unzip the front and cool off as much as necessary when you need extra ventillation. As you would expect, the cuffs and waist are elastic and will keep the cool air out when you need it.

This Assos Evo cycling jersey provides the standard three pockets in the lower back along with an extra zippered pocket for cell phones or other valuables. You will also be pleased to know that a small amount of reflective piping is trimmed on the jersey to give you much better visibility to motorists in the darker hours. Nice.

The sizing is more of a European cut and will size smaller than traditional US options so I would order one size larger than normal. Overall the Assos Evo Cycling Jersey is an extremely high quality piece of cycling gear and would be a nice addition to even the most demanding cyclists collection of cycling jerseys.
